Veni Andrew is passionate about harnessing “people potential” and has, since 1996 been doing just that. She is has won several awards due to her Mentoring small businesses and propelling historically disadvantaged individuals to their destiny and exposing them to opportunities. A powerful business pioneer in our country, Veni is CEO of El-Shaddai Mentoring House, a Christian network of businesses and procures opportunities for the network, through the various parastatals in the Country.
She mentors small business through the El-Shaddai Mentoring House, which conferences globally on Motivational conferences, and mining out the potential of people, to reach their goals in life. Veni has procured business opportunities within the body of Christ, utilizing the Church as a platform for business.
She is the founder and sits on the Board of a Section 21 company called the Broken Dream Foundation, which implements social strategies and programmes for the corporate organisations and Government.
She is the wife of Len Andrew and has 2 children, Jonathan and Esther.
She carries a powerful anointing in both Business and Ministry and has positively influenced and impacted the lives of thousands of individuals globally.
By the end of 1997 (at El-Shaddai Freight Logistics) she earned her position as Chairman of the Board, and in December walked away with the Best Progressive Business in Gauteng award. By 2000, selected as 1 of the Top 300 companies in South Africa, and by 2002 selected as Business woman of the Year by Top 300 companies in SA.
- In 2005 Veni was honoured Doctor of Humane Letters, Honoris Causa, from the hand of the President of Atlantic College.
